Hello, I’m Herliena, a graphic designer turned photographer with a passion for capturing the realities of life.

Being a mother of two myself, I have a deep understanding of family dynamics, adding imagination and emotional depth to my photographs, to tell the story of your family in its raw, authentic self. 

My approach to photography is all about creating a comfortable and relaxed environment where you can be yourselves. I’ll guide you through genuine interactions and let it run its course. That’s when the magic usually happens. 

Because all these little moments, they aren’t little. There’s comfort that lies in the intimate moments that often go unnoticed. For me, life isn’t just about the big milestones—it’s in the everyday rituals, the shared laughter, the sibling fights, the meal time mess, the contact napping, the changing diapers for a gazillion time, the running around for no reason, the blank stares on the couch as the kids are down for the night, and so much more. 

As people grow, all these core memories become distant, sometimes.. they are lost. Time is fleeting and I seek to preserve them, to tell your story, the good and the bad, for you to look back, remember, and pass it on to the future generations. 

I’m determined to make a meaningful impact through my work. Witnessing my clients’ genuine reactions to my photographs is a constant source of joy and validation, reaffirming my belief in the power of storytelling through imagery.

Outside of photography, I’m a fun-loving individual with a passion for creativity. Whether I’m dancing, traveling, or immersing myself in the world of mangas and animes, I approach life with a sense of curiosity and adventure.
